Market Drayton Ramblers



Walks in Shropshire and the surrounding counties every Sunday (8 - 10 miles) and Tuesday (5 - 7 miles).

Market Drayton U3A





U3A is a UK-wide movement of locally-run interest groups (including walking) that provide a wide range of opportunities to come together to learn for fun. Members explore new ideas, skills and activities together.

Shropshire Ramblers



Ramblers groups cover the entire county, offering a wide range of fantastic walks and events throughout the year. 

Whitchurch U3A

Wem Walkers










Wem Walkers walk twice per month, usually the 1st and third Sunday at 1:30pm and meet at the back end of the Co-op car park in Wem (Bowen's field) to enjoy walks ranging from 4 to 6 miles.

Membership is currently £7 per year, and anyone who enjoys countryside rambles is welcome to join.  Dogs are also welcome provided they are well controlled. Prees Walking Group




Prees Walking Group will begin walks again in Autumn (October). They meet on a regular basis and it is a friendly, informal group for all ages and abilities. There is no membership fee to join them on a walk. You can find out more via their Facebook page or email Matthew Lanham for more information.
